(PC Player here, if you're wondering about the sudden random messages)
Basically, since EA/PSN would charge money for all the updates to TF2, they're not going to release them until it's ALL done, as that way you wont have to pay as much, you can pay the minimum fee EA would force valve to charge just once, for all the updates, rather than over and over for all the different ones. As for clan support, it's just the fact that Sony didn't think Clans would be needed on the PS3, might find it get implemented later on anyway.

Valve not liked ps3, They liked only XBOX 360 and Compyouter, so Guys have maked Website, Whear they wan These What are in XBOX 360 to ps3
